I put my earbuds in pairing mode and my fitbit versa 2 detects them, then i click on them and it starts pairing but in a couple seconds says connection failed. I saw that other people had skullcandy earbuds and they worked fine but mine aren't working. I tested my fitbit with other bluetooth speakers and headphones and they worked fine.
