Hello,
I'm having this issue with versa 2, it keeps disconnecting from my phone. When I try to open Spotify, I get the message "No internet connection. Make sure your phone is connected, then sync your device using the Fitibit (?!) mobile app" although my phone IS connected to the internet and the watch and the phone sync.
Also, I get this funny message when trying to open Spotify with Alexa: "Spotify is not supported on this device".
Well, is it, or is it not?

Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. It's pretty weird that your Versa 2 isn't connecting to your Spotify app but it's syncing to your app. I would like you to restart your watch and confirm you've done this procedure to set your Spotify app on your watch.
Also, please attach a screenshot of the error message you're receiving to your next reply and let me know the phone you're using to sync your watch.
