Versa 2 doesn't count my stairs

Hello I have stairs in my home which I go up and down all day and yet my versa 2 didn't count any of them,  if I'm lucky it'll say I did 2 stairs.  I've tried restarting and no luck.   What can I do?

Hi @JulyLily, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the stairs tracking issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid any confusion on my end, let me know if you restarted your watch as described in this help article. Also, please check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks floors climbed.
