Versa 2 doesn't count my steps when I move my feet

Versa 2 have problem with counting steps.  It doesn't count when I move my feet, it's counting my I shake my arm only.  First few days I was so happy that without doing anything I am quite happy but actually it's not true.

Hi @Charanjitbhangl  these are wrist based devices, so if you move your hands, you get steps. If you don't move your arms while walking, you don't always get those steps recognized. Sometimes if you put your hands in your pockets, the steps aren't recognized. Push a stroller or shopping cart and the steps aren't always counted.
