I just got the Versa2 as a gift to replace my broken Versa. I use this watch MOSTLY for swimming. I am stunned that they would remove the lap counter and calorie counter from the actual watch display. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with various people at FitBit all of which have given me mixed info - some said it DID display I just needed to add it - others confirmed it did NOT. Well guess what it does NOT. They removed this feature and told me just to look at my phone app after I was done swimming. That is totally useless! I can't look at my phone while swimming so now I have to guess how many laps I'm doing while swimming at 2,400. I asked for a full refund but they are refusing to refund the warranty my husband purchased with the watch. I've had it less than 2 weeks. I am seriously appalled by the stupidity of design that went into this 'updated' watch. Don't even get me started on the charger they put together for the Versa2. Total useless piece of junk all around.
