Not showing heart rate after meditations.  Said to wear my device and I am.

Hi @missysmom, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it doesn't show your heart rate after meditations.

 

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains what factors may affect the heart rate monitor.

 

Finally, monitor your watch during the next meditation sessions and see if the issue gets fixed.

I have no idea how to re start my versa 2. I gave up on trying fitbit meditations and bought Calm. My versa 2 still isn't right though. I have it synced to noom and my steps never show up, not on fitbit and not on noom. I have to keep hitting things on "today" and wait and wait for steps to show up. It's ridiculous since I put it on as soon as I get out of bed.

I'm sorry but I am clueless as to a back and start button. I am wondering if you have any video to show this because it doesn't make any sense to me.
