Versa 2 doesn't show sleep, calories and zone minutes accurately after difficulty with update

When my versa 2 was updating it was repeatedly unsuccessful.  Now it will not display accurate information on the areas of sleep,calories and zone minutes.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern, you can confirm if your watch is updated to the latest version by following the steps in this help article: How do I update my Fitbit device? I also recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Switch to a Fitbit clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
