I have versa 2.  I can not see my text messages. I get a notification there is a message but I can read it on the watch. I can read emails though.

 

My phone is compatible...Samsung 10...my text app is set to versa2 with permissions.

 

Why can't I see my texts?

Hi @Kellihaynes, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since the text messages don't show. By the way, thank you for letting us know the model of your phone.

 

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, try turning off the notifications and then turn them back on. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the text messages can be read.
