Hate my versa 2. Hit run, comes up connected. Hit start and off I go. After about 10-15 minutes it comes up “connecting”. I have to stop running, fumble around getting phone out of bumbag to restart app. Wish I’d never bought it. I was better of just using Strava on my phone 😡 I have been through every setting that I can find on my phone. What do I need to do? Thanks.

Hi @Julie-F, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 doesn't stay connected to GPS when you start your exercise. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Altho’ the Versa 2 didn’t work out (Apparently my phone is not on the list of compatible devices. I managed to get a refund) I was really happy with the support teams efforts to resolve the problem and prompt replies.

Hi Julie,
What phone do you have? I'm having the same issue and I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 phone.
It's really frustrating because it's one of the reasons why I got the Versa 2.

I have an Oppo A73. Fitbit told me that it wasn’t on their list of compatible devices 😢 I got a refund on the Versa.
