Up until the end of last week I had no problems but now it is not syncing. I have tried to reload but my phone now says ‘device not found’. I have a Huawei P20. I can get it to sort of work on my iPad. On my Versa 2 in the settings ‘About’ in the IP address it says Wi-Fi off. Should this be on? I don’t know how to change this as it doesn’t give you the option. Also on my iPad although it does update my steps periodically, my challenges are saying they haven’t been synced for 13 hours - how do I update them?

@MotivatedMo, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa 2 is not syncing with your Huawei P20.
I'm afraid that this device is not added in our Supported Devices list. This is the reason why your watch may not be syncing properly.
However, I'd like you to submit a compatibility request in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineering team.
We really appreciate your patience and understanding with this.
