Versa 2 doesn't track my daily activity

Lately I've been having issues with Fitbit not tracking my daily activity. I'll have almost 20k steps but 0 out of 13 hours active. I just joined a challenge yesterday and it didn't log a single one of my 17k steps for the day.

Hi @UmholtzC, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the daily data tracking issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat a few days after your post. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
