Dear hepldesk,
Would you please advise what to do with the Versa 2 since the last notification about the new firmware versa 2 doesn't synchronized. Then I've removed the versa 2 from the phone (android, Samsung s 22 ultra) and from that time it even connected to the phone.
What kind of solutions you can advise.

Hi, thanks a lot for your response, solved the issue, just delete the app and download it again, fixed it.

I’m just another user but wanted to see if I may be able to help. I want to be sure I understand, so please forgive the questions.
1. Everything was working fine and then you tried to update your Versa 2 with the latest firmware?
2. It would not allow you to update the firmware for some reason, so you removed it from the Fitbit app on your phone?
3. And now you cannot get it to connect to your phone at all?
Does that sound about right?
