IT has been a while, since My Versa 2 doesn't measure my heart rate. What can I do?

Hi @BiancaGrecu  - unless your watch has a fault check the option in the watch settings is on (try toggle off/on) and also try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

If neither resolve it it can be a sign of a watch fault that not even a factory reset will resolve but worth trying as a last resort.
