Versa 2 downloads clock faces/apps by itself and drains battery.

For the last 3 days, my versa 2 has been downloading the same apps and clock faces and saying there is an error, continue or cancel. 
It's draining the battery life and I have to recharge the watch every night because it's at 10% by the end of the day.

  • I've turned my phone off and back on.
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app on my iPhone.
  • Done a factory reset twice.
  • Made a new Fitbit account, (That stopped the clock face downloads but now it's downloading apps (Spotify, agenda...) continuously.))
  • Changed wifi connections multiple times.
