Versa 2 dropping calories and active minutes after syncing

I remember looking at my watch before syncing with my phone and I had well over 2000 calories burned, however after attempting to sync it dropped my calories burned down to less than 1200 and the app says I have 0 minutes of active time. My steps seem to be untouched though. Anyone else having this issue? If so does anyone know how to fix it and make it go back to your actual stats? Thanks in advance!

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I understand your concern and recommend checking if you logged any activity manually as the manually logged activities override your device's data. If you have any third party apps connected to your Fitbit account, it also could be the reason of the issue.
