My versa2 screen just started falling off my watch. Should I replace it? Is there anything I can do to fix it? This thing was really expensive!

I've seen quite a few posts reporting this problem. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be repairable. However, if you are still within warranty then you may be able to get a replacement. I suggest contacting customer support who can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com

I spent about half an hour jumping through hoops for Fitbit and taking pictures of the versa on a piece of paper with a number. I was promised a shipping label in the email that never showed up. I'm pretty disappointed. I bought this thing for $100 off Amazon in February. It lasted just over six months!
Not sure what else to do other than start writing reviews.

Did you check your spam folder? If not I would say to call them again. I dealt with support via Twitter and online chat for days for the exact same issue before finally calling. After that I got the email within minutes.
