Versa 2 face fell off

I have had at least three or four Fitbit devices and they only seem to be good for a year or a maximum of 2 yrs.  I woke up this morning to find the face on my device hanging off.  This is the second Fitbit device that I've had this happen to.  I was offered a discount toward the purchase of a new device when this happened a couple years ago and I went ahead and bought a new one. However, I don't think it's worth the money to keep investing in Fitbit devices when the lifespan seems to be only a year or two.  The discount isn't worth it...the only one who is benefiting from the discount is Fitbit because they keep you coming back.

After three or four devices, I've decided it's time to move on.
