I am very disappointed that my Versa 2 face just fell off. Now I’m back wearing my old Charge 2 that I’ve had for years. While my Versa 2 still looks new. Can it be repaired? I saw in post this has happened 2 others.
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Welcome to the forums @Valines.
Thank you for sharing the situation experienced with your smartwatch. Sad to know that.
I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this; in this case, as they already have your information recorded, I'd recommend keep in contact with them. Please let them know of the steps that you already tried.

Same thing happened to me aabout a year ago. It was replaced and now this one has done the same thing. I really love this watch and program but wonder if I'm going to have to buy another periodically

From what I have read on the form and Fitbit moderator you can correct me, is that Fitbit don’t repair their devices. If you are under warranty, they will replace it. If not, all they will offer you is 35% off a new device. Hopefully they will replace it for you.

Mine also fell off so I super glued it back on and it seems to work.

Maybe I'm old school but I'm having a hard time purchasing another one if that's the kind of support you get. I'm also having a hard time getting around the new screen format. Can't find the battery level anymore little icon in left corner is kinda useless.
