got a versa 2 , a year ago, n today my face plate on watch lifted off.... not impressed, when i paid over $200 for this watch.. is fitbit going to replace it?
anyone else have this issue ...
please help.

There seem to be quite a few people posting about this. I've seen posts where they got replacements from Fitbit as long as they were still within warranty. I'd suggest contacting customer support via contact.fitbit.com They can check your warranty status and advise on your replacement options.
