I know there have been other threads regarding this but I haven't found one about f anyone has been able to fix it on their own or even prevent this?
Mine came off all of a sudden (during a meeting at work), fitbit support said they will email me but haven't heard anything yet.
It is so frustrating, got this to replace the charge 3 that had connecting issues and I don't want to replace this one with another fitbit that will break.
