My Versa 2 screen stopped responding a few days ago. I have restarted it several times, changed the watch face, and fully charged it. Then today the screen was strobing and flashing. I noticed there was a firmware update so idid that, and I also restarted it again. The display is now faded and sometimes has white lines.
i love my Fitbit and hope it can be fixed.

Hi @Marcelle_h - when a watch develops a fault it doesn't matter what changes are made it cannot fix a hardware fault which seems to be the symptoms you are experiencing. If it is under warranty it can be replaced.
Make sure that you use a Fitbit clock face, but to be sure if there is a watch issue swipe the watch face left and tap on Settings. If the symptoms continue the watch has a fault.
The only thing left you can do is to restart the watch but it is unlikely to fix it. A factory reset already done with the firmware update is also unlikely to help but it can be tried as a last resort.

If you read my post or even the subject you’d know that the face is unresponsive, so why would you suggest swiping left?

@Marcelle_h - if you still can't swipe after doing the firmware update your watch probably has an unrecoverable hardware fault.
