I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via Twitter and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.

Hello! I am having the same issue with my Fitbit. A little background o my Fitbit Versa 2, I bought it Oct 2019, then around August 2020, my watch went blank. It was replaced where I bought the watch around September 2020. My warranty ended October 2020. A fee hours ago while working out, I noticed that the screen resolution was different. It was dimmer and some icon colors were gray or darker. I’ve always had it set to dim coz I can still see the screen. But today, the resolution changed. Tried every troubleshooting here like changing the clock face to fitbit app, restarting and resetting, still the issue persists. This doesn’t have any warranty anymore and we don’t really have Fitbit service in our country. Guess I will be shifting to Apple watch instead.
