My versa 2 was working fine, did the 3.68 update then it was flat when I woke up. Charged it, then noticed the time was an hour and a half behind later in the day and it had 13% battery. Charged it again, now it’s stuck on the Fitbit logo, won’t reset. My clock face
Is waveform. I notice I’m not the only person experiencing problems after updating. Please provide a new update to fix or a replacement, thank you.

FYI - I spoke to someone via live chat through the APP and after some help with troubleshooting, they are sending me a replacement.
