I got Fitbit versa 2 new replacement I was taking shower today wanna put off my wrist and fall down screen broken don’t function anymore do is it possible for new replacement or do need tho buy new Fitbit?

Unless you have an extended warranty I have a feeling it won’t be covered, since it was accidental breakage. You can contact FitBit directly here:

Please note what @CindiLi said, when a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on the tracker model and other factors.
