Hello,
I just tried help with costumer services but because this is not my first fitbit, I wonder if anyone can help me providing me the previous firmware. This morning I wake up with no battery and a new firmware version which I didn't run. Now I can barely see what's on the screen (I also change it to a Fitbit clock with a factory reset) and the battery drained twice in 12h. The screen is full of vertical stripes and I'm going ballistics with the battery. I used to charge it every 5-6 days and I can't wait for customer support tell me how to sort this out. They should revert to the last good version and I've read that are users with versas totally ruin it by this last firmware version. I mean, fitbit has the best app but terrible software 🤦🏻:female_sign: And since my old fitbit flex I can see that nothing really changed. Not even with Google...
I'm in Portugal (Europe) and if you can share with me the previous firmware I would appreciate.
Thanks in advance.

Mine stills the same. They roll back de firmware option and the only thing showing on the screen was Fitbit logo. I've to update for the ruined firmware version they have and know I have stripes all over the screen and the battery drains in one day. All things I didn't have before Fitbit decided to updated my Fitbit without my consent.
Today they send me an 35% discount to buy a new device because mine was already outside the warranty. As if I am crazy enough to buy another rubbish device that has a lifespan of 2-3 years, luckily. I reply that it's not an acceptable way to deal with a problem that they created and also told them that we, customers, are not guinea pigs to be used to try firmware versions and that we pay for a device that is not good enough to last more than the warranty. I mean, we don't pay a lot of money to buy an apple watch but we pay more than the regular smartwatchs and no one except an Apple Watch to die with a firmware update in 2-3 years which is what we except from Fitbit. This was not my first experience with Fitbit. I had a Flex that died, also with an update performed by Fitbit and not myself, and they sent an replacement one. Nowadays, it's not acceptable that a device last so less. Environmental speaking is a crime and there are laws that protect customers and in Europe they are strictly because of companies like Fitbit.
