Versa 2 firmware update doesn't finish

I am try to update my versa 2 but the app does not see my Fitbit. What is happening! It is at 90% charge and is will sync to my phone.

Please let me know what is the brand and model of the phone you are trying to connect and update your Versa 2 with.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the firmware update again and see if the issue gets fixed.
