Hi, I am starting to experience issues with the Fitbit App where after syncing my bike ride from the Versa to the App everything seems to appear to be ok and I can go into the Map and see all the Heat and speed areas, etc. Then when I go back into the app later and go to the Exercise tab that bike ride is now failing to render the map and associated details, it is just a grey rectangle with a spinning red circle.
Can I recover the map and details and how do we stop this from happening? - this is the second time this has happened in a week (2 other bike rides inbetween have been ok)
