I need help here, any kind soul can advise me? I have . I faced a list of payment issues. I use fitbit pay successfully once this morning for grocery purchase thereafter I use on 2 other merchants the payment failed with terminal showing error msg of fail or unauthorised. Called UOB and bank reassure no issue with my card. Now I really do not know what to do. After twice failure in making payment I use the same method to pay for transport and it went through again. This is how unstable is versa 2. I really regret in getting this watch. If knowing in Singapore no help centre I will not even purchase it. Now on choice and I gotten the watch so have to stick to it hence I hope there are users with similar issues can help me with this. I did quite a number of troubleshooting from reset the watch reinstall the app re adding the card to wallet all doesn't help. Picture I have attached and circled are the machines fitbit pay not being recognised most of the times.
