Versa 2 flashed Fitbit logo and now won't turn on

I’ve only had my Fitbit for a few months and it all of a sudden started flashing the Fitbit logo. I tried restarting it and then change it and a bunch of static lines popped up and then the screen went black and now I can’t get it to come on at all?

I'm having the same issue except my screen didn't go black. It just shows logo, then vibrates , then screen goes dark then it keeps repeating over and over. Cant get to screen to manually hard reset. I tried the soft reset multiple time however it didn't work. If I can't get to settings , " How can I try to reset my Versa 2 " ?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @FeeFee7169.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing the details of the issue with your watch. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps to perform a factory reset on your Versa 2:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:

- Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
- Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

Please note that you'll need to reinstall any apps on your device after the reset, and if you couldn’t sync your device, then any data on the Fitbit device will be lost.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

My Fitbit versa lite just keeps flashing the logo after resetting it due to my Bluetooth not connecting to my watch, every once in awhile it will turn on briefly but still won't connect to my watch then shuts itself down! Amy suggestions? I'm in nursing & truly rely on my watch A LOT & can't afford to just go buy a new one. Please help!

Ok I've now tried that, but my watch just flashes the logo & never fully powers up, I had reset it trying to resolve the issue & it seems it's only made it worse. I have 2 chargers for the watch & have tried both chargers I don't know what else to do. 😪

Hi I would like to jump in on the issue, my versa 2 just stopped functioning a few days ago. I am a technical person so I have been through all the guidelines from the forum and Fitbit and still no joy. I have the Logo flashing and it can't be found by Bluetooth. I have drained the battery and charged up again. Removed everything and reinstalled, reset phone and even WiFi router. All I get is the flashing Logo as if it's stuck in a boot loop? Please can you help. Regards Tony.
