Versa 2 flashing "2"

My Versa 2 is flashing "2" and I can't get it to stop

I've tried restatrting it with the back button. I does nothing

I've tried unlocking through app. Again nothing.

Help please

Hi @Hellenww - just possibly it is a clock face problem, try changing it from the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App.

Thank you for replying.

 

The blinking 2 stopped on it's own. The clock has been working.

Now I have this screen

The button does nothing when I hold it so can't restart. Also can't navigate away from this screen. The phone is paired and appears to be working fine also.

@Hellenww  - it somehow selected music, if holding  the button for 12 seconds or charging it just briefly or changing clock face doesn't break the display situation you have to let it run down.

 

It may be a firmware issue or watch fault as others have had similar problems if you look in the forum.

 

Once you have it restarted and it is still a problem probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

 

If it's still at fault and under warranty you can get it replaced where you bought it.
