Versa 2 - food tracking is not working!

Hi,

My app is not tracking food and calories! I have lost 3 days data and now when I include food, the app does not count the calorie and macros. Sometimes the registered food disappears. Entering the website, the food that is registered in the app, is not synchronized there! It seems to me almost like the watch, the app and the website only half synced or updated the data, if that makes any sense. Everything else seems to be working correctly!

Thanks for letting us know about this issue when logging food from the Fitbit app. Our team is aware of it and is working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, we recommend manually logging the food from the online Dashboard by following the next steps:

 

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click Log at the top, then click Food.
  2. Under Food Log, enter your information and click Log Food.
