Versa 2 froze on Fitbit Screen & won't sync, won't turn off/on

This morning, I woke up to my Fitbit congratulating me on my 10,000 steps. I scrolled through & the display actually showed 300 million steps. I restarted my watch & it froze on the Fitbit Logo screen. I've tried turning it off/on with no luck. I let it die, since I was at work with no charger and hoped that once I charged it, it would be fine.

I charged it after work & unfortunately it came back on with the logo screen. I can't sync it to my phone to do anything with it.

Anyone experience anything similar?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @TiffSan.

Thank you for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

I would recommend setting up your watch as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1628038777962.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

If you find difficulties to set up your Versa 2, please follow these troubleshooting steps.

If you see the 300 million steps on your Fitbit account, please share a screen shot for further investigation.

Hope this helps.
