Versa 2 frozen and left button doesn’t work

My Versa 2 is stuck on a source outport app. I’ve never seen this before. I can’t do anything It’s unresponsive to swipes and taps. I can’t restart because no matter how hard I press or long I hold, the left button, too, is unresponsive. It still charges and tracks my stats on my iPhone and laptop. Sadly I can’t restart from either of those devices. It’s very frustrating. I know my Versa is no longer under warranty. Any helpful hints to rectify this issue would be appreciated. I’m hoping to avoid buying a new one.

I have a very similar issue with my versa.  I don't have access to the wrist watch info only on my phone.

Thank you for mentioning that you have tried restarting your watch @CindaRella.

 

Please change  your watch´s clock face in order to un freeze them. Check: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
