Let me start out by saying that I absolutely love my Versa 2. I can clearly see and control everything with the way it is organized into areas. It is also nice to be able to frequently update and change the watch faces as needed.
However, ever since it updated in November, I have been unable to turn it on/ keep it turned on. I have followed the directions for troubleshooting that I have found posted on several of the Forum discussion boards, but nothing works. When it is powered on it will only show the Fitbit logo.
I held all three buttons for 10 seconds and nothing happened. I let it charge for a while and then tried again. Sometimes after it has been charged for awhile it might show the Fitbit logo and then home screen. However, once I try to sync it to my phone it goes back to the logo. It will stay locked in the logo setting until it dies. I have tried to call customer service but have been unable to get through.
I just do not know what else I can do.
