Hi there. I put my versa 2 on charge this morning and when I checked it, it's just frozen on the Fitbit logo. I've tried everything I can find online and nothing seems to work. Holding down the button does nothing, it should be fully charged and won't sync with the app. It's only maybe 8 months since I bought it.
What can I do?

Thanks for the details and troubleshooting performed. Do you see just the Fitbit logo or do you see the logo with a message on different languages? If you see the Fitbit logo with the message, you need to setup your watch as a new device as instructed here: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi, it was just the Fitbit logo by itself.
That's all it will show me. No other messages, nothing. It's useless to me until I can fix it.

Hi there! I'm having the same issue, Versa 2 frozen in logo, no other message. I have been charging it, but it does not show anything else, and when I take it off the charger, it powers off completely. Any advice?

Since both Versa 2 are still stuck on the Fitbit logo, they could be stuck on a reboot loop. I recommend you to contact our Support team by chat or calling them. They have the tools to check what could be happening with the watch and look for a resolution.
