Versa 2 frozen on the Fitbit logo screen

Had my Fitbit for a while but suddenly it’s stuck on the Fitbit logo. I’ve tried to restart it but nothing seems to work just stays on the logo. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Hi @Fiona1298, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is stuck on the Fitbit logo screen. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

After this, try setting up your watch from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.

It's been happening to mine, too. I let the battery drain so now I get the 0% battery charge but its not charging....Gonna call customer support now.

Same exact thing in mine, even tho it’s been 100% charged. Restarts itself then dies.
