Versa 2 frozen screen

My Versa 2 has a frozen screen but it will not reset. Message now Reset Failed and you can't acknowledge the okay message. I did a text message to support at Fitbit but no fix. My question is can it be fixed or is it dead? Not buying another at this point!

Hi @Jagluv - try a watch restart by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

It has been restarted and performed factory reset done many many times in
the last two weeks!! I changed clock faces to see if it would change,
Bluetooth on and off, phone on and off. I now have a message "data not
cleared, syn and try again" on Versa 2 screen!!! The device functions if I
wear it but screen is frozen to message listed. I would like to know how
many devices are having the same problem and if anyone got theirs fixed. I
see many frozen screen message on many types of Fitbits. I have contacted
Fitbit customer service and couldn't get it fixed.

Irish1369….. I am having this issue also, including can’t hard reset and LOOPING “ to start “download the Fitbit app”, even though I have done so several times and have also been on YouTube and tried suggested ways and NOTHING works.

I understand so flustered! Not buying another until I see which direction Google takes with Fitbit. I have thought this might be a Google issue...

Exactly what has happened to me and I have also done all the same things but still getting fail reset message, grrrrr defo something happened with all these versa going down

I am beyond frustrated! I am having the exact same issue. Help center was no help. They more or less suggested I buy another fitbit at a discount. I'm done. After 3 fitbits I will be looking elsewhere!

Hi.  I'm now having the exact same issue. I have tried the fix suggested several times with absolutely no effect.  I still have the data not cleared message and can't get passed that screen.  No help or support available it seems.  And no admission that this is a complete product failure.
