Hi my versa 2 suddenly gets very hot on the charger and won't come on anymore. So basically useless to me. Any ideas ? i tried live chat which the person online said was having issues , tried the call centre but can't get through to anyone !! i just want to send it back for a refund and buy a decent product !

Hi, I tried the online chat but got told there were issues, I then tried phoning and was meant to receive a case number ? Reading the forum this seems to be a known issue ?
