I bought this watch only 2 months ago and its the biggest mistake ive made. Ive factory reset it twice now and it works fine for a few hours and then starts getting stuck on the time screen and even the side button does nothing. The touch inputs arent registered. I dont know whats going wrong.

Hi @Taher11, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 gets stuck on the time screen and it won't move from there. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try a regular restart as described in this help page. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
