My Versa 2 will be stuck on the watch screen every morning, not allowing me to swipe. It is tracking and telling the time correctly, but if I try to swipe or tap the screen, nothing happens. I have to restart it to get it to allow me to swipe. I have factory reset it, taken off all clock faces not by Fitbit, and even taken off apps. I do have it set for Do Not Disturb from 9:00pm-6:30am every day. I do the restart well after 6:30am.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed.
In the meantime, make sure that your Versa 2 has the most recent firmware version. Please follow the steps listed in this help article in order to learn how to update the firmware of your Fitbit device.
