My daughter and I both have Samsung Note 9 phones and both have the versa 2. I have had mine for about a week longer than her. I set mine up with no issue. Her Fitbit is connected to wireless and works great except Alexa. When I try to login to the Alexa app it sends me to Amazon and says there was a problem with your password. I have uninstalled the app, factory reset the Fitbit, twice. Tried logging in with a different account. Added the Alexa app on the phone and it works with the login. Spoke with support that is when I reinstalled and did the factory resets. It was taking too long after the reset so they said to call later. I have finally got back to trying and still can not set this up. Expensive item to not work.

@DHonieLG Please remove WIFI from your daughter's fitbit mobile app and sync Versa and try setting up Alexa again. Also, make sure you're connected to 2.4GHz and not 5GHz wifi. Alternatively, you can try setting up while using your phone provider's wireless (LTE).
