Versa 2 glitching really badly past couple days

My versa 2 has been glitching out and it vibrates but won't show the notifications, plus when I try to press the side button I have to press it a million times before it turn on and every now and then it shuts down. Oh also the battery is draining fast, is it dying?? Or what could be going on?

I'm having the same problem. Tonight I got a white screen and I couldn't do anything at all. Then when I hit the side button it wouldn't do anything. It's like it stopped working all of a sudden. If I tap the watch it comes on but if I go to another screen I can't get back to the home screen. It's very frustrating.

I bought my mom a Versa 2 a little over 1 ago year.  It had issues with syncing over the summer and now is not even displaying anything except a white screen with horizontal, flickering lines. We've tried restarting, letting the power drain out and charging it up again.  Nothing helps.  I've seen this complaint from many users. This is not a mere glitch.  This is a serious product issue if so many people are experiencing it and the only remedy is to discard the product. What can be done for consumers experiencing these issues?
