Please help!
Over the past couple days, my Versa 2 has been having issues with seeming to go to sleep or shutting down. It's been working with no issues until it started behaving like this; Also, sometimes when the Fitbit itself seems to be working fine, heart rate monitor isn't operating (no green light).
I can't seem to pinpoint why it's acting up.all of a sudden. I've changed my clock face, and even removed a couple of the extra ones I had installed. I also shut it down and restarted on the Fitbit itself; everything short of a factory reset, which may be my next step.
Does anybody have any ideas or has anyone else encountered this? I want my reliable Fitbit back!
