Versa 2 got frozen

Went to put on charger...now it is frozen.

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Versa 2 is frozen, please restart it as described in this help article. After this, make sure that it's fully charged and see if it doesn't get frozen.
