My versa 2 is stuck on Spotify screen. I can scroll to messages but nothing else.

Hi @flash1604, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it got stuck on the Spotify screen.
In order to fix this issue, please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

I cannot turn my Versa 2 off. The back button doesn’t seem to be working. Only thing I can get to is my messages

did you ever find how to get out of the spotify screen when your fitbit wont restsrt? mine is doing the same! pls reply

I had to uninstall the spotify on the fitbit app on my phone.

I'm having the same issue! The button you're supposed to hold down to shut Versa 2 off with is non responsive and the settings bar is non existent. There is literally no way to shut off the FitBit.

If the watch is not responding to button press or swipes, then let the battery drain down. You can then recharge it and it should be back to the clock screen.
If the watch is communicating with the app, then you can try uninstalling the Spotify app even if it is not responsive to button presses or swipes.
Personally, I would let the battery drain down as a first step, then continue troubleshooting from there.
