Versa 2 green screen and unable to sync

Hi there,

My Versa 2 has just brought up a full green screen with lines running through it. Unable to get it to sync within the app to attempt a watch face change. The heart rate lights aren’t flashing either. Have also attempted connecting to charger to see if will clear with no luck.

Tried multiple times to reset with button but even with holding button for over 1 minute nothing seems to work.

Please help as it’s very frustrating and I didn’t do anything in terms of knocks or damage to cause this. It seems like it is irreparable to me which is frustrating as I thought the lifespan of these watches should be more than just a couple years!!
