Hi
The Fitbit versa 2 I have is 6 months old and now has green screen with feint lines on the screen so I am unable to see any screen function at all.
At first even with this issue I could go to the app on phone and see it was counting steps on the app but now it doesn’t hold charge. I have tried reset many times, tried changing clock face on app. Any ideas on how to resolve.

UPDATED : Issue appeared resolved left in box for week or so. Then charged and reset. worked for two days.
UPDATED 48hrs later. 12May2020 Just woke up to my normal alarm in Fitbit and the screen is green again so I cannot see any info on phone tried reset again and it didn’t work.Is it possible Fitbit can fix this issue remotely? The update when it worked for 2 days said version update 7 point something. Now the version says 3 point something. And the screen is green with lines again.
I have contacted Fitbit directly for help...hopefully they will reply at some point.
has anyone else got any ideas to resolve?
