Versa 2 has a white "revolving" screen. Warm to touch. Less than a year old. Third Fitbit in a year

My Versa 2 has a white screen that looks like it has a revolving screen.  Not data collected.  Tried factory reset.  This is my third fitbit in a year.  I am about to give up on the brand entirely.

I woke up to a black screen amd plugged it in to charge.   30 mins later, still black, but it was able to sync up with app on iphone.  I tried the back button and bottom button to see logo, many times. Nothing happen except to see a white screen.  I tried the change the face, nothing. I wore it for the day and it would continue to sync with the app but no display.  Finally I thought factory restore. I did that a few times. Nothing but the white screen.  It continue to sync with app and only display was factory restore was white screen.
