Versa 2 has been shutting off and now the face won't turn on at all

I'm a single mom with limited income, so this was a big purchase for me, which I'm starting to regret... For a few weeks now, it has started shutting off and coming back on randomly. I charged it fully and this morning it is a black screen. Currently, my alarm is going off on the Fitbit, but the screen is black and it registers nothing so I can't shut it off. I was very sad to see so many other people have had similar issues that are not resolved...

Hi @momgaret - Have you tried re-starting your Versa 2? Often that will help. If it does not in your case, try syncing it then turn the V2 off (see below for instructions). Wait a few minutes, then turn it back on. Please let us know if this helps.
