Versa 2 has blue light behind clock face and won't respond to touch

My versa two is not responding to the touch commands. Also on my display, there appears to be a blue light behind my **ahem** face.

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Switch to a Fitbit clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
